Lynn is a longtime ad agency executive (formerly CEO of J. Walter Thompson NY) with a love for beauty. Her career has spanned the top ad agencies in the world (BBDO, McCann, Grey, Ogilvy & Mather are just a few) as well as some of the most iconic brands (American Express, Pizza Hut, Campari, Hershey's). She's been fortunate to work on many global beauty brands, including Gillette, Clinique, L'Oreal, Nexxus, Vichy, La Roche-Posay and St. Ives. She loves building teams, reinventing cultures and creating disruption. In addition to Co-Founding MASAMI, Lynn also founded the Conscious Beauty Collective in 2022 to help indie beauty and wellness brands join forces to help each other grow.

James is a beauty guru who is passionate about helping women & men to become confident and highlight their uniqueness by having healthy, beautiful hair. His journey started in London at Harvey Nichols. While at Clairol as Creative Services Head, he was responsible for the creative execution and production of several major launches, including Natural Instincts, Nice & Easy, Matrix Biolage and SoColor brands and at L'Oreal USA for Redken, Lancome, SoftSheen-Carson Dark & Lovely and REVLON. In 2010, James leveraged his experience helping models frustrated by the damage done to their hair  to create the beginning of MASAMI's breakthrough formulations.

Kristyn has spent the majority of her marketing career working in the travel industry on brands like United Airlines and Entertainment Cruises. But she also has a love for beauty and digging into the customer journey and is now applying her extensive experience to create content, digital marketing, brand partnerships and unique experiences for MASAMI and the Conscious Beauty Collective. Originally from Chicago, Kristyn is a world traveler who can tell you the best places to visit in Budapest, Prague, West Virginia and more.

For over 14 years, Masahiro Sasaki has devoted his international and management expertise to helping the people of Iwate, Japan recover from the devastating tsunami and subsequent coastal marine life devastation. As a Tri-State (NY, NJ, CT) representative to the Iwate Prefecture community, Masahiro is deeply connected and familiar with his home town region’s history, people, culture and potential. Masahiro has co-founded the MASAMI Institute to support and champion the ocean restoration of the North Pacific’s Sanriku area through education and documentation.

Kerry Quinn is Chief Financial Officer of Advertising Production Resources, a leading marketing production consultant empowering marketers to make better, more informed decisions in their creative production investments. Previously, Kerry represented Interpublic Group, WPP and independent agencies in various financial and executive roles over 25 years. Kerry is known as an impactful, self-directed senior global financial executive, with strong business acumen and the ability to “see the big picture,” who consistently delivers results with revenue growth and profitability.

Jeff spent the majority of his 25 year career as a small business owner in printing, shipping and logistics. He has extensive experience in creating efficient and high quality operating systems. Jeff leverages his knowledge and expertise to manage all of MASAMI fulfillment and inventory management in Chicago, focused on creating a premium experience for our customers. Jeff's attention to detail is unmatched and he has a unique ability to manage complexity in the DTC space while making our experience simple and seamless.
